At Discount Security’s Varsity Lakes brand NEW production facility, we fabricate, assemble and despatch products ranging from plain flyscreens, to 7mm diamond grille, welded aluminium hardcore and the amazingly innovative 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel SUPASCREEN.
The factory commenced operation in 1992 and has since manufactured product for more than 35,000 installations.
All factory equipment has been replaced during this period, so as to not only improve manufacturing precision, but also speed and product cycle time. This ensures that customers receive a quality product at the right price
Discount Security recently became a licensed manufacturer for CAPRALS woven stainless steel Supascreen. Using a revolutionary patented construction technology, this exciting new product is being custom manufactured by Discount Security

Discount Security is currently implementing a manufacturing and installation Standards Program, currently under development with the National Security Screen Association. This will allow us to complement our range of premium 7mm diamond grille triple locking doors, with a range of Australian Standard AS 2803 Type Tested Security Doors.
This new accreditation will enable us to provide our customers with even greater confidence in the strength and quality of our custom made doors: but on the understanding that the price will be right, because only DISCOUNT SECURITY has promised our customers since 1992 that “WE WILL BEAT ANY PRICE” on every job we contest!
